Online Shopping is now live with daily pickup and delivery options! Place an order throughout the week and choose a time slot to receive your groceries. Things to keep in mind as you order:

  • All online orders are subject to a $5 handling fee.
  • Members wanting to use their monthly 10% coupon or customers using EBT or Gift Card payments should choose Pay Later to pay at the register during pick up.
  • Our online inventory shows what is available at time of ordering. Our confirmation emails will notify you if we an out of stock occurs during fulfillment.
  • Order online and use our 15 minute loading zone spot at the front door to pick up your order!
  • DoorDash delivery costs are calculated by delivery address, applied tips and DoorDash fees.

How to place an online order:

  1. Create or Log Into your account.
    • The system may “recognize” the email addresses of our current co-op shoppers. Please initiate a password reset to access your account.
    • Password resets will only be sent out to the primary email and phone number listed on your account, check with your additional household members if the system “recognizes” your email address but the reset link fails to come through.
  2. Explore your account features:
    • The Account tab contains features like Order History, a Buy It Again section, an area to create Shopping Lists and more. This area allows for quick repeat orders!
  3. Add items to your shopping cart:
    • Browse grocery departments by clicking View More across from the department title.
    • Add items to your shopping cart by using the green Add to Cart button.
    • Queries can be filtered using the left hand column by Local, Brand, or several Health Attributes like Vegan or Organic.
    • Marking items with the heart in the upper right corner will add that item as a favorite in the Shopping List section under your Account profile.
  4. Go to Check Out:
    • Add notes for co-op staff as they pick your order. You can allow substitutions in the event an item has gone out of stock. This is a good place to add any dietary restrictions for substitutions.
    • Review your items to confirm your grocery list is accurate.
    • Your customer information will auto-populate based on your profile details.
  5. Receiving Your Order:
    • Choose In-Store Pick-Up as your Order Type, to schedule a timeslot to pick up your order.
    • Choose DoorDash as your Order Type and enter in the delivery address, this will determine the DoorDash delivery costs.
    • All online orders are subject to a $5.00 handling fee.
  6. Payment Options:
    • Choose Credit/Debit to pay online. Any cost adjustments due to substitutions or out of stocks, will be updated when you receive your order.
    • Choose Pay Later to pay at the register at time of pick up. This is a good option if you would like to pay using an EBT card, gift card or to apply your monthly Member discount.
  7. Placing your Order
    • Once your order has been placed, you will receive an order confirmation email. You will also receive a notice when your order has been fulfilled.
