Provisions Policies

 

Applying for Provisions

Any business, non-profit organization or school can apply for a Provisions Business Account. As a wholesaler, we require a copy of your business license to ensure business status and/or a copy of your resellers permit if you will be reselling the product purchased. To complete your application those documents must be emailed to orders@kitsapfood.coop.

Ordering Provisions

Provision members will receive weekly emails containing the most up to date order sheets for each of our four distributor product lines. Follow the instructions on the top of each catalog and email the completed worksheet to orders@kitsapfood.coop. We will notify you when your order has arrived at the Co-op. Orders must be picked up within 48 hours of their arrival.

We work hard to keep our Provisions catalogs up to date, but occasionally our suppliers may be out of stock of an item. We do not back-order items. In the event of an out of stock, you will need to order the item again with your next purchase. We can help you find a suitable alternative if your item remains out of stock for a long period of time.

 

Provisions Payment Policy

Payment for provisions orders is due upon pickup. We are currently accepting cash, check and credit card payments.

 

Returns and Restocking Fee

In the event an item has been ordered by mistake and we do not carry that product in our store, the item may be returned for a 10% restocking fee if the case has not been opened and has not yet left Co-op premises. If we carry the item in store and the case has not yet left co-op premises, we will waive the restocking fee.
