Tell us a little about Meghann Prouse Photography and how it was started:

MeghannSo, I have this motto – ‘Long Live Your Adventure!’ – which is the cornerstone of my business. Adventure is something I’ve truly believed in since I was little. Whole-hearted, pure, raw adventure. I believe it is present in every aspect of life; in the good, the bad and everything in between. It fascinates me to no end and it drives me to be more creative. And over the years, my love of photography has also grown into something amazing for me; so I use that talent to create honest images of real people and document their unique adventure. I tend to see the whimsy and beauty in otherwise “normal” details, resulting in a visual story you might never have thought of. To me, it’s more than a simple portrait; I give every subject a fresh perspective, freedom to be their true self, and an awesome method of backwards time travel.

Photographing everyday adventures has become my passion and mission in life – so how could I not share this with the world?

What products and/or services do you offer?:

I offer custom photography sessions with a lifestyle flare. The images and memories that result mesh perfectly with beautiful albums, soft and hardcover books, gallery wrap canvas products, ready-to-frame prints and more, which you’ll find on my product list. All sessions come with both digital and tangible items so that they can be enjoyed to the fullest extent.

Do you have any special events coming up in this year? Any specials you would like to promote?:

KCFC member-owners receive 10% off all services – all year round! I also put on sales from time to time, which I announce on my Facebook page.

Where is your business located and how can people find out more about you?

I am an on-location photographer, so I travel to you! Find out more on my website,, or follow me on Facebook for updates and promotions

What made you decide to become a member owner in the co-op?

My family and I are huge health food junkies and have traveled all over Western Washington (and the internet) in search of organic food, bulk items, and local and fair trade products. We spent all spring and summer frequenting as many farmers markets as we could…just for fun. We think these things should be readily available to everyone, so we wanted to become part of the movement that will help accomplish that. We truly believe this Co-Op will be an incredibly valuable and beneficial resource for our community. And really – who wouldn’t want that?!

Thank you Meghann for your dedication and support of the co-op! For more information about her amazing photography please visit her website at
