2016 Vendor Applications Now Closed
Vendors will receive a vendor packet by mail/email that will include a map of the vendor area with your booth number, and a parking pass the week prior to the event.
Booth spaces available are 10’ x 10’. We do not provide tables, chairs, or canopies. All food vendors are required to have a Class K fire extinguisher; non-food vendors are encouraged to bring an ABC extinguisher. You will be setting up on lawn, and all booths must have 25lb weights on all four corners or you will not be allowed to set up. This is an outdoor event and will be held rain or shine. Please leave your space how you found it.
The space assignments are final and not negotiable. Vendors will set up anytime between 9am – 1pm on August 20th. All vendors must be set up by 1:00pm and may not begin breaking down until after 8:00pm, but are encouraged to stay until 10:00pm. There is absolutely no smoking, vaping or animals/pets allowed.
Should you choose not to set up on the day of the event, you agree to forfeit your fees. Vendors may share a space but each must pay the vendor fee and each sign a contract. The vendor fee is non-refundable unless event is cancelled. Payment must be made out to Kitsap Community Food Co-op or will be returned to you immediately.
